Yes. We are certified by Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS), the national body that regulates independent healthcare in Scotland. This means our clinic, our clinician and our practice standards are inspected and held to a full medical benchmark.
All treatments are carried out by Jacqui, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Prescriber. She is qualified to assess, prescribe and treat autonomously, providing full clinical accountability.
Duty of Candour is a legal requirement for healthcare professionals in Scotland to be open, honest and transparent — especially when things do not go to plan. It is central to the way we practice.
Discomfort is typically minimal. Anti-wrinkle injections use very fine needles; dermal fillers contain lidocaine for comfort. Numbing cream can be applied for lip or tear-trough work if you'd prefer.
Anti-wrinkle: typically 3–4 months. Dermal fillers: 6–18 months depending on product and area. Polynucleotides: 6–12+ months after a full course. Everyone metabolises differently — this will be discussed at consultation.
Most treatments allow you to return to normal activities immediately. Some redness, swelling or small bruises are possible, particularly with filler. A full aftercare guide is provided.
Polynucleotides are purified DNA fragments (from salmon) injected into the skin to stimulate repair, hydration and cellular renewal. They are especially effective for delicate areas like the under-eye, neck and décolletage.
Yes. Consultations are complimentary and never obligate you to book. Sometimes our honest advice is 'not yet' — and that is genuinely fine.
